Similar to 'Kenka Bancho Otome -Girl Beats Boys-' Once upon a time, in the faraway kingdom of Silverland, a princess named Sapphire was born. Only a son can inherit the throne, so to prevent the evil Duke Duralumon from becoming next in line, the King announces that Sapphire is a boy! For as long as she's been aware, the heroine, without a single relative, lived under care of the state. Both of her parents' faces were unknown to her. In front of this heroine, a young boy appeared. The young boy's name was 'Hikaru'. It appeared that he was the heroine's twin brother, separated at birth. He had a proposal for the heroine. 'Could you go to school in my place?' The heroine was.
Kenka Banchou Otome is a popular otome romance adventure game which will be gaining not only an anime adaption, but also a 10-minute short called Kenka Banchou Otome -Girl Beats Boys- airing in spring.
The game follows Nakayama Hinako, a girl who was raised in institutions for as long as she has known. With no family or even memories of what her own parents looked like, Hinako has no one. But one day, her older twin brother 'Hikaru' appears before her, and thus she suddenly finds herself attending the biggest delinquent school in her prefecture: Shishiku Private Academy, a school for boys!

In addition to the 5 main male characters from the original game, the anime adaptation will bring exclusive original characters into play. And so, our unwilling heroine's story will begin with her taking her brother's place alongside Shishiku Private Academy's handsome delinquent students.
The main cast includes KENN, Aoi Shouta, Hosoya Yoshimasa, Kakihara Tetsuya, Maeno Tomoaki, Yonaga Tsubasa, and Kondo Takashi. project No.9 will work on the animation, and Kuromitsu Kinako, who handled character design for the original game, is also to participate in this work.
It's also been announced that Love Desire, a 4-man vocal unit that has wowed online audiences with their knockout voices, will be singing the opening and ending themes as a tie-in with their voice-acting roles.

Kenka Bancho Otome: Girl Beats Boys (喧嘩番長 乙女-Girl Beats Boys-) is a 12-episode anime series co-produced by A-Real and Project No.9. It aired from April to June 2017.
Plot[edit]
Growing up as an orphan, Hinako is shocked to learn that she has an older twin brother called Hikaru. Born as a yakuza, Hikaru requests Hinako to switch places with him at Shishiku Academy, an all-boys school overrun with Japan's toughest delinquents, and become the new yakuza boss.

Production and development[edit]
Production of the anime was announced in December 2016.[5] The opening theme song is 'Love Sniper' and the ending theme song 'Gankō Signal' was performed by Love Desire.[6]Crunchyroll streamed the series.[6] Funimation licensed the series and premiered the dub on May 11, 2017.[7]
